Why am I reblogging the latest post from ‘Its Irie’? Two reasons:
1) On April 30, 2014, our good friend and fellow sailor Mark was diagnosed with breast cancer. I am hopeful that after reading this, you will send good vibes Mark’s way in support of relatively painless and successful treatment.
2) Mark’s partner Liesbet has been writing this excellent sailing blog for the duration of their 7 years at sea. It is truly an enjoyable read. I recommend you have a look.
The Captain and I wish Mark a swift recovery and look forward to seeing him and Liesbet sailing in the South Pacific again soon!
