Reaching back into my archives for this mural from Christchurch.  The original artwork was recreated outdoors for the Faces From The Collection Exhibition after the city was dramatically changed by the 2011 earthquake.

Don’t know Tony Fomison–now I have to find out more. Great work!

? His story is very interesting.

I knew you were (more than) up to the grid task! This is great!

Thank you Lexi! I tried to take shot of the mountains through a fish net that holds fruit and veg on the stern of my boat…and it was a total bust ?
Then, when Jennifer proposed this week’s word, I thought of this image which is forever etched in my mind after visiting Christchurch.

Great shot!

I am delighted that you think so Jennifer! Thank you.

Great photo.

I’m so pleased you think so! Thank you

That’s a great picture!

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback ?

Those blinded eyes.

I’m telling you Allan, that haunted look is forever etched in my mind. Pretty much sums up the quake’s impact on a city tragically changed forever

I just wrote a reply…but something happened and it’s gone (if you get two…delete one). I like the guys work, though never heard of him. What an expression! I had to look twice to see if the fence was part of his work, or you were behind a fence. Great take on the prompt!!

That expression certainly speaks volumes Mr Badfish. And thank you for your kind feedback on my framing of the mural / take on the prompt. You are lovely. Thank you ?
