Sailing to Huahine

The Captain, Steve (thank goodness he joined us), and I are sailing from Hilo, Hawaii to Huahine, Society Islands, French Polynesia. We will be off grid for 20+ days.

So excited to be back at sea.

Will post again when we make landfall (and have a good internet connection).

Hey Miss DorenFAST! Hopefully you’re in a bar somewhere toasting yet another crossing. If not I trust you, Amandla and her Captain are making good progress and will soon be enjoying a well earned beer or two. Can’t believe while I’m sitting here at my desk, you’re possibly out there on the ocean. Thinking of you big time and looking forward to your next post. The Waterfools x

Ia Orana Captain Cox! Great to hear from you. We completed a lovely 16.5 day 2600 mile passage from Hawaii on Sunday. The blog post is taking a bit longer to create than expected as we have traded good internet connectivity (and now phone service) for paradise – not complaining (too much). Gutted to think of you anchored to a desk! We would love you and Liz to come for a long sail with us! You are always welcome. Big hugs to your family!
