Tahiti - Street Art - July 2014 - Happily Drowning In Street Art _Copy

For today’s prompt, I share an image that I spotted on a roadside viaduct when traveling through Tahiti in July.  Who is that image emerging from behind the wave?

Is it Tangaroa, the Polynesian god of the ocean,  beckoning man to sea, challenging him to ride the waves?

Is it man, knocked down after facing the challenge, but never beaten?

Perhaps it is a man, dreaming of the sea and all the adventures it has to offer.

Or, maybe it is someone just like me, happily drowning in Tahiti Street Art.

Whatever the answer, I hope you enjoy the image.
