This one is for The Daily Post: Photography 101.
Took a delightful visit to the famous Pohutu Geyser at Te Puia yesterday during our land tour of the North Island.
We arrived just as the geyser was completing one of her eruption cycles, so we decided to wait a bit to see her erupt again.
As we waited, I captured the passing moments photographing others that were also waiting for the blast.
And then, Pohutu started to erupt again. Slowly at first. Then, triumphantly so! Strikingly beautiful.
Wow! These are great shots. I especially love the photos of people taking photos.
