Love From Sydney

Love From Sydney

I wish for an end to senseless tragedies

I believe that light will win over darkness

I know that love is the answer

I pray for peace

I hope for Paris

I offer condolences to all effected by the hatred of imbeciles who foolishly believe that murder paves the way to heaven

Beautiful words. I so agree.

Thank you for your benevolence Anabel ????

Eloquent and beautiful words in such a dark time. The way the world has rallied in support brings hope.

Thank you Sue. Most definitely

These tragic events rip me apart. How can we humans be so in-humane?
Ray

#metoo Am absolutely baffled by such ‘inhumane’ acts

Absolutely beautiful and touching words, Lisa. Well written.
I side with you.

Thank you Lucile! I’ve always known you to be a kindred spirit. I must admit that I thought of you when I wrote them. I’ve always admired your eloquence when speaking up about world issues (such as the #Refugee’s Welcome)

Simple and true. I was blissfully out of touch with the world for several days over the weekend, and was welcomed back with this hideous news. 🙁

Hideous is definitely the right word. And the long list of terrorist incidents in 2015 is mind boggling. But I still believe light will win over darkness…I just hope it happens soon. Enough already!

Well said Lisa

Thank you Rob. I really appreciate your feedback

Let’s bring beauty to the world instead of horror, Lisa! I love the Eiffel Tower in it’s tricolour but it’s so sad that it has to appear that way. Vive la France!

Agree on every one of your points Jo. We need to give peace a chance

I second your statements… Nous sommes Paris ??
All my best wishes to you. Aquileana

Thank you so much for your comforting support Aquileana ?????

Perfect

Thank you Mr TRB ?????

Beautifully stated. I pray along with you.

Thank you Eva ?????

A beautiful post, for these senseless times. Let’s hope the nonsense ends soon but I suspect many tragedies will happen before that it does end.

Thank you. I share your fear that things will get a bit uglier before they turn peaceful again, but I am certain that ‘sense’ will prevail over ‘nonsense’ in the end.

Still hoping!
