Gorgeous, Lisa! Fits all the boxes of the photo challenge and #TheLeisureLink! Thanks for posting!

In this instance I thought a picture was worth a thousand words. It screamed ‘Leisure Link’ to me 🙂

Stunning.

Well thank you Desleyjane! Fiji is pretty gosh darn gorgeous. I could stay here for years!

It’s been years and years since I went there but I remember it being gorgeous.

Still is. Come back for a visit

Absolutely gorgeous!

Thanks Michele. My choice of ‘symbol’ was actually prompted in a big part by your wonderful post ‘Are You Free’.

…and building upon our conversation that started on your post …..when thinking about ‘symbols of freedom’ today, I realized that ‘freedom’ is in itself, is a bit of an illusion. I choose the life that I live, love the the life that I live and know that I am privileged to live it. But every lifestyle has its challenges and downsides. As the lyric goes, freedom really is just ‘another word for nothing left to lose’. Up until then, we are never really free. And knowing that is freeing in itself

Wonderful captures… 🙂

Thank you Drake. Glad you liked the image.

This is such a beautiful photo. Calm seas. Blue sky. Everything about this photo is so serene. I think that bit of rock towards the bottom half of the photo looks like a heart, don’t you think? 😉 Sailing the seas, sailing to waters unknown. Freedom. Fly 🙂 <3

Thank you Mabel for your lovely words Mabel! So pleased you liked the image. It’s blissful out here on the sea!

This photo makes me want to be there with you – it represents the theme so well. I also love that the rocks in the foreground are in the shape of a heart. Unfortunately it’s looking like we won’t be sailing to New Caledonia in September, as the boat will be staying on in Fiji. Very sad that I won’t get to finally meet you in person.

Wish you were here!!!! We will meet someday Michelle. We MAY extend our time in Fiji through September (love it here) and I plan be in Sydney this summer to ‘replenish the cruising kitty’ so I’ll make my way to Melbourne to say hi.

That would be perfect.

Perfect! And I love the heart-shaped rock!

How ’bout it! I was looking at Amandla from the shore, saw the lava heart on the reef and thought ‘well that about sums it up’ :-). Thank you Lexie

Definitely looks like paradise to me.

Indeed

Even more like paradise when I compare it to my frost covered garden of this morning.

I don’t envy you. Only 72 days until Spring

🙂

Oh…I’m not even going to comment on this photo…creep!!! Except maybe you got the wrong prompt. This looks like a photo for “gloat.” How long is that symbol of “whatever”?

OMG your comment had me roaring Mr Landlubber Badfish. It is certainly a lifestyle to savor. 47 ft and rides like the wind. Could be your lifestyle. Have you checked out those crew sites yet. The ocean is calling ⛵️
